1. Refund Eligibility

✅ Refunds are applicable only if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
✅ No refunds will be provided for:

• Discounted or promotional offers.

• Live sessions and mentorship programs.

2. Refund Process

• Purchase Date & Payment Receipt

• Reason for Refund Request

3. Course Transfer & Exchange

✅ Instead of a refund, you may choose to transfer your enrollment to another course of equal or lesser value.
✅ Course exchange requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

4. Cancellations

✅ If a course is canceled by Sr Kumar Academy due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund or free access to an alternative course.

5. No Refund Policy for Certain Services

🚫 No refunds will be granted for:

• One-on-one coaching or mentorship programs.

• Downloaded materials, PDFs, or bonus content.

• Failure to complete the course within the access period.
